Salutation of Drinking Water




Drinking water is an important activity in life.Our Holy Prophet (PBUH) teach us about the salutation of drinking water. Holy Prophet ( PBUH) prohibited the drinking water while standing. Our Beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH) prohibit us drinking from bottle.He said that don't drink from mug's cleft and don't breath in liquor.Try to drink in three sips.Our Holy Prophet ( PBUH) said that,
''Do not drink water in one draft just like camels but drink it in one or three gushes and invoke Allah (SW) when you drink and praise him when you finish''

جناب عبداللہ عباس رضہ بیان فرماتے ھیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا " اونٹ کی طرح ایک ہی سانس میں پانی مت پیا کرو ٹھر ٹھرکر  دو تین سانس میں پیا کرو جپ پانی پینےلگو توبسمه اللہ پڑھ کر پیو- فارغ ہو الحمد اللہ کہو۔  

حضور اقدس صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کھڑے ہو کر پانی پینے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ایک حدیث کا مفہوم ہے کہ اگر تمہں پتا لگ جاے کہ کھڑے ہو کرپانی پینے کا اتنا نقصان ہےتو وہ پانی تم حلق میں انگلی ڈال کر باہر نکال دو ۔

According to the latest scientific research drinking water in one gulp and whilst standing.leads toward is rapid absorption, hence it impairs normal functioning of kidneys,and causes general body edema,specially the edema of food.

The method of drinking water in intervals is very benefical for quenching the thirst.When the water enters the hot thirsty stomach in intervals,the last sip of water will quench the thirst left by earlier taken sips.

1) Our spine is strong.
2) Our kidneys are not damaged.
3) Our hearts are never close the valve.
4) Brain is never weaken.
5) Knee are always active.

American Chopsuey


Ingredients :

* Chicken bonelss - 200 grams
* Prawns - 200 g
* Chinese Noodles - 1 paket / 200 g
* Salt - as per taste
* White pepper powder - 1 tsp
* Chinese salt - 1 tsp
* Sugar - 2 tbsp
* Corn flour - 2-3 tbsp
* Egg - 1
* Cabbage - 1  small
* Spring onion - 2-3
* Carrot - 2 Medium
* Chicken stock - 1/2 cup
* Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp
* Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
* Chilli sauce - 4 tbsp
* Dalda cooking oil - for frying


Method :

Cut chicken into small cubes,deshell and devein prawns properly wash both and pat dry.Make a marinade with corn flour,salt 1 tsp,sugar,chinese salt,white pepper powder and 2 tbsp dalda oil.Marinate chicken and prawns in it refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.Heat dalda cooking oil in a wok for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and fry both chicken and prawns until they turn golden.Allow to cool completely and chop into small pieces.
Boil noodles in saly boiling water for 10-12 mint,strain and refresh with cold water.If u want to fry noodles then deep fry in hot dalda cookin until it truns golden.Cut carrot, cabbage and spring onion ino juliennes.Heat oil 2-3 tbsp in a wok for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.Saute onion for a minute and add chicken,prawns,carrot and stock,mixwell add cabbage,tomato,ketchup,chilli sauce,lemon juice,saltand sugar in it.Bring to a boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.Crush fried noodles,laye in a platter ,pour sauce and top with double fried egg.Serve hot.

Behari Seekh Kabab



Ingredients :

* Beef Pasanda - 1kg
* Onion paste - 1 cup
* Onion fry - 1
* Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
* Ginger, Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
* Raw Papaya paste - 3 tbsp
* Garam masala pwdr - 1 tsp
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Poppy seed - 2 tbsp
* Turmeric - half tsp
* Musturd oil - 4 tbsp
* Cumin  pwdr roasted - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Red chilli crushed - half tsp

Method :

Marinate to beef strips with musturd oil and salt to 30 minutes.In a bowl mix together all ingredients, Now add the beef strips in marinate and leave it for about 5-12 hours in Refrigerate.(depending on when you want to grill the kababs.
An hours before you want to cook the kababs, take the meat out of the refrigerate and bring it to room temperature.Start a charcoal grill and get the coals to a steady high heat.
Grill the skewered meat over an open charcoal grill,evenly on both side for about 7-8 minutes on each side till the meat looks done .Serve the behari kababs with mint chutney, some chunky vegetable salad and tawa paratha.

Mint Chutney:
  
           Take yogurt, salt, black pepper,mint leaves and mix to well.

Tawa Paratha :

          Mix 2 cup of flour,salt a pinch,egg 1 and clarified butter 2 tbsp in a bowl add required water and knead to from a soft dough.and cover the dough to rest for 1 hours.Make small ball of the dough and take a rolling pin, roll out the dough ball on the floured surface.Place the rolled out dough on a hot tawa (griddle).Let it cook for 45 seconds,trun and spread a little clarified butter on that one side.Trun the paratha and again spread butter on this side too.Take the paratha off the griddle when golden on both side.

Tandori Chanp































Ingredients :

* Mutton chanp - 1/2 kg flatten
* Ginger / Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
* Yogurt - 1/2 cup
* Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 
* Roasted cumin crushed - 1 tsp
* All spice powder - 1 tsp
* Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
* Orange color - a pinch
* Onion Paste - 2 tbsp
* Papaya raw - 1 tsp
* Oil - 2 tbsp
* Hole red chili crushed - 1/2 tsp


Method :

Marinate chops with All ingredients for 2 hour.bake in a preheadted oven on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes, and last 2 minute give dum coal.Serve with green chattni or salad. you can also cooked in a pan.
