Ingredients:
* Mint Leaves = 1 small bunch
* Raw Mango = 2 medium
* Garlic Cloves = 5
Method :
Clean the mint leaves,peel raw mangoand garlic and wash well with lot of water.Grind all with a little water till a smooth consistency is achieved.The chutney is ready to be as an accompaniment with snacks or main meals.

Badam ki kheer ( Sweet Almond Pudding)
Ingredinets:
* Almonds = 1 cup
* Khoya = 1cup
* Green cardamom = 2 or 3
* Rose essance = few drop
* Few strands of saffron
* Milk = 2 kg
* Honey = 1tbsp
Method :
Sock Almonds in hot water for a few minutes and peel the skin and off.Bring the milk to a boil and add the Khoya mix well and then on low heat keep stirring once in while till the milk is reduced to 3/4th of its quantity. Add the Almonds, cardamoms and stir well.Trun off heat.Soak saffron strands in some warm milk and stir it well and add it to the kheer and add 1 tbsp honey.
