Rasmalai

 Ingredients:

* Dry milk - 2cup
* Fresh milk - 1 kg
* Khoya - 250 gm
* Eggs - 2
* Sugar - 1 cup
* Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
* Baking powder1 -  tsp
* White flour - 2 tbsp
* Oil     -  2 tbsp
* Kewra essence - few drops
* Almond pistachio - ½ cup



Method:

In a pan add 1 liter milk with 1 cup sugar to boil. When sugar dissolves, add 250 gm khoya with few drops of kewra essence to mix and cook. In a mixing bowl add 2 cup dry milk, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp white flour, 1 tsp cardamom powder and baking powder to mix. Then whisk 2 eggs and lightly add into the mixture. Now make small patty from dough and add in boiled milk. When balls starts to float turn off the flame and dish it out. Garnish it with ½ cup almond, pistachio and serve chillied
